Bai, egia da 9 pertsonen lana organizatzea ez dela batere erraza. Beraz, blog honetako lana koordinatzeko bi pertsona gaude: Giudita eta Vicente! Baino denok batera egiten dugu lan, familia baten moduan!
Estoy segura de que os estáis preguntando: ¿pero quién está detrás del blog? ¿Quién escribe? ¿Quién pone las fotos? ¿Los 9 voluntarios?
Sí, es verdad que organizar el trabajo de 9 personas no es algo tan fácil. Por lo tanto, en este blog somos 2 los que coordinamos: Giudita y Vicente! Pero todos trabajamos juntos, como en una familia!
I’m sure you are all asking: who is behind this blog? Who is writing the texts? Who is putting the pictures online? All 9 volunteers?
Organizing a blog with 9 people is not always easy. Therefore there are two of us who are coordinating this blog: Giudita and Vicente! However, we all work together as a family!
GIUDITA Italiarra
Cagliari da nire hiria, Sardinia hegoaldean. Nire unibertsitate ikasketak orain dela 3 urte amaitu nituen eta lan asko egin dut kultura arloan, antzerkian eta komunikazioan orokorrean. Itsasoa, beroa eta janaria maite ditut. Baita jende berria ezagutzea, nirea ez diren beste hizkuntzak hitz egitea, idaztea, irakurtzea eta bidaiatzea!
Cagliari es mi ciudad, en el sur de Cerdeña. He terminado mis estudios en la universidad hace 3 años y he trabajado mucho en la cultura, en el teatro y en la comunicación en general. Me encanta el mar, el calor y la comida. También me gusta conocer gente nueva, hablar otros idiomas que no sean el mío, escribir, leer y viajar!
I come from Cagliari, in the south of Sardinia. I finished my studies at University 3 years ago and after I worked a lot in the cultural sector, in a theatre and in communication. I love the sea (or the ocean, whatever), hot weather and good food. I like meeting new people, speaking in other languages, writing, reading and traveling!
VICENTE Portugaldarra
Kaixo! Nire izena Vicente da eta Portugaldarra naiz. 22 urte ditut eta bidaiatzea, hizkuntza berriak ikastea eta musika tipo ezberdinak entzutea eta jotzea maite ditut. Hau da, bizitza bizitzea gustatzen zait orokorrean. Politika eta Erlazio Internazionalak ikasi nituen Erresuma Batuko Southampton Unibertsitatean. Tendentzia ekonomiko sozialak eta politiko liberalak ditut. Zerbait gehiago? Ah, bai… txakurrak katuak baino gustukoago ditut (beraien independentziagatik).
Hola! Me llamo Vicente y soy de Portugal. Tengo 22 años y me encanta viajar, aprender nuevos idiomas, escuchar y tocar varios tipos de musica y vivir la vida en general. Estudie Politica y Relaciones Internacionales en la Universidad de Southampton en el Reino Unido. Tengo tendencias economicas sociales y tendencias politicas liberales. Algo más? Ah, si…. me gustan mas los gatos que los perros (por su independencia).

Talleres Culturales
Blog-eko lehenengo sarreran azaldutako jarduerekin hasi gara, eta noizean behin hunkitzen gaituena, gustatzen zaiguna eta batez ere esperientzia honekin ikasi dezakeguna kontatzen joango gara.
Oso garrantzitsua: tailer kulturalak eta hizkuntza tailerrak hasi ditugu. Lehenengo tailer kulturala, gutako bakoitzaren herrialdeko musikaren ingurukoa izan da eta hurrengo astean gure herrialdeetako kondairen inguruan hitz egingo dizuegu… Ezin da galdu, ezta?
Italiarreko hizkuntza tailerrean “ikasle” batzuk falta zaizkigu, denok zarete ongi etorriak!
Ya hemos empezado con las actividades que os explicamos en la primera entrada del blog, y de vez en cuando os iremos contando lo que nos emociona, lo que nos gusta, lo que no nos gusta y, sobre todo, todo lo que se puede aprender de esta experiencia.
Muy importante: hemos empezado los talleres culturales y de lenguas. El primer taller cultural ha sido sobre la música de nuestros países y la semana que viene os hablaremos de nuestras leyendas… imperdible, ¿no?
Nos faltan un poco de “alumnos” para el taller de italiano, todos sois bienvenidos!
This week we started with some of the activities in the associations we will be working with. From now on we will write you about what excites us, what we like, what we don’t like and, most of all, what we are learning from this experience.
Very important: we started with our cultural and linguistic workshops in CRAJ. The first cultural workshop was about the music of our countries and next week we are going to tell you about our mythology…not to miss! We are only lacking some “students” in the italian class, please spread the word!
Oraingoz Euskal kulturaren inguruko gauza berri bat deskubritu dugu: elkarte gastronomikoak zer diren! Eta Irinaren (Rumania) hitzetan azalduko dizuegu.
EUSKAL GASTRONOMIARA SARRERA
Aurreko larunbatean, Andoainera joan ginen, non euskal gastronomiako plater tipiko batzuk probatzeko aukera izan genuen. Txemi, KAEBNAI-ko bolondresa eta gure laguna denak, bera parte den elkarte gastronomikora gonbidatu gintuen bazkaltzera. Hainbat plater probatu genituen, beste batzuen artean Tolosako babarrun gozoak, patatak labean, entsalada goxoak eta baita irasagarra ere. Azken hau hemengo postre tipikoaren barnean: gazta, irasagarra eta intxaurrak.
Niretzat esperientzia autentikoa izan zen eta Euskal Herriko tradizioa eta kulturaren inguruan gehiago ulertzen lagundu zidan. Txemik kontatu zidan elkartea orain dela 25 urte sortu zela eta lehenengo bere aita izan zela bertako partaide, eta orain jubilatuta dagoela bera sartu zela. Horregatik, elkartea bere infantziaren parte da eta oroitzapen eta lagun asko ditu bertan.
Txemiri horrelako entusiasmoarekin hitz egiten ikusirik, ulertu nuen gauzak sozializatu eta disfrutatzeaz aratago doazela, denona dena errespetatu behar dugula, besteekin laguntasuna partekatu behar dugula, baita konpainia eta alaitasuna ere. Eta bisitatu genuena bezalako elkarteak komunitate fuerte eta batuagoa edukitzen laguntzen duela.
Por ahora hemos descubierto una cosa nueva de la cultura Vasca: qué son las sociedades gastronómicas! Y os lo vamos a contar con las palabras de Irina (Rumania).
UNA INCURSION EN LA GASTRONOMIA VASCA
Este sábado fuimos a Andoain donde tuvimos el placer de probar algunos platos típicos de la cocina vasca. Txemi, uno de nuestros compañeros voluntarios de KAEBNAI nos invitó a todos a almorzar en la sociedad gastronómica de la cual él es parte. Pudimos probar varios platos, entre otras las deliciosas alubias de Tolosa, patatas al horno, ensaladas ricas y también el membrillo. Esto último forma parte de un postre típico de aquí que contiene queso, membrillo y nueces.
Para mí fue una experiencia muy autentica y me hizo entender más sobre la cultura y la tradición del País Vasco. Txemi me contó que la sociedad existe desde más de 25 años y que primero fue miembro su padre, que ahora está jubilado y después él lo siguió. Por eso, la sociedad es parte de su infancia y tiene muchos recuerdos y muchos amigos allí.
Al escuchar a Txemi hablar con tanto entusiasmo sobre la sociedad entendí que las cosas van más allá de socializar y disfrutar, que se trata también del respecto por un bien común, del deseo de compartir con los otros amistad, compañía y alegría y que una sociedad como la que visitamos puede contribuir a una comunidad más fuerte y unida.

AN INTRODUCTION TO BASQUE
GASTRONOMY
This Saturday we went to Andoain, where we had the chance to try some of the typical
dishes of the Basque gastronomy. Txemi, one of our colleague volunteers of KAEBNAI, invited us all to have lunch in his gastronomic society. We tried various dishes, for example the delicious
Tolosa beans, oven-baked potatoes, salad and also a traditional dessert of cheese, marmalade and walnuts, called membrillo.
For me it was a very authentic experience that made me understand more about the culture and tradition of the Basque Country. Txemi told me that the society is more than 25 years old and that his father was a member first, and now that he is retired Txemi joined. The society is really a part of his childhood and he made many friends and memories in this place.
While listening to Txemi, speaking with a lot of enthusiasm about the society, I understood that this is more than a simple place to socialize and enjoy. It is about respect for a common good, the joy of sharing friendship, company and happiness. The society contributes to create a stronger and more interconnected community.
