Curso de SVE - Belabaratz - Nazioarteko Mugikortasuna

Joan den asteburuan Belabaratzera joan ginen boluntario europarren taldea eta KAEBNAI-ko talde lokala Europako Boluntariotza Zerbitzuko sarrera ikastarora. Bidaia motz baten ostean, ordubete baino gutxiagoan, guztiz testuinguru ezberdinera iritsi ginen: euskal etxe tipiko bat genuen zain (baserri bat) mendiez eta zeru urdinaz bakarrik inguratuta (edo grisa “Euskadi Tropikala”ren momentuaren arabera), ardiak eta errepidea. Lehenengo momentutik energiaz bete gintuen mendiko aire freskoak, naturaren usainak eta bista politek.

Iritsi ginenean, parte hartzaileak ezagutzeko eta izotza hausteko dinamikak egiten hasi ginen. Positiboki harritu gintuen taldea erraz osatzeak eta hasieratik kohesio polita egoteak. Kohesio dinamiken ondoren Ainhoak, gure tutoreetako bat, maitasun guztiarekin parte-hartzaile guztientzako egindako janari gozoaz disfrutatu genuen.

Bigarren egunean gure herrialdeak modu dibertigarri eta interaktibo batean aurkezteko aukera izan genuen, non parte-hartzaileek taldeka Europako “altxorrak” aurkitu behar zituzten jolas batean. Gauean kulturarteko gaubela izan genuen, non dantzatu genuen eta parte-hartzaileekin Euskal Herriaren inguruan gehiago ikasteko aukera izan genuen, beraiek prestatutako jolas baten bitartez.

Guretzat, talde lanaren inguruko esperientzia polita izan zen Belabaratz-eko asteburua, gure artean gehiago ezagutzeko eta euskal kulturarekin konektatzeko aukera.

"El fin de semana pasado fuimos todo el grupo de voluntarios europeos junto con el equipo local de KAEBNAI al Curso de Introducción en SVE en Belabaratz. Después de un viaje corto, en menos de una hora, llegamos a un entorno totalmente diferente: nos esperaba allí una casa típica vasca -un caserío- rodeada solo de montañas y cielo azul (o gris dependiendo del momento en el “Euskadi Tropical”), ovejitas y una carretera. Desde el primer momento nos llenó de energía el aire fresco de la montaña, el olor de la naturaleza y las vistas bonitas.

A la llegada de los participantes empezamos a hacer juntos unas dinámicas para conocernos y para romper el hielo. Nos sorprendió positivamente que el grupo se formo fácilmente y que la cohesión fue muy buena desde el principio. Después de las dinámicas de cohesión disfrutamos de la comida rica que Ainhoa, una de nuestras tutoras, preparó con mucho cariño para nosotros y los participantes.

El segundo día tuvimos la oportunidad de hablar y presentar mas sobre nuestros países de una manera divertida y interactiva, mediante un juego en el cual los participantes tuvieron que buscar en equipos “los tesoros” de Europa. A la noche tuvimos la velada intercultural donde bailamos y aprendimos sobre el País Vasco con los participantes, mediante un juego que ellos prepararon.

Para nosotros, el fin de semana en Belabaratz fue una bonita experiencia de trabajo en equipo, una oportunidad para conocernos más y para conectarnos más con la cultura vasca."

"Last weekend the group of European volunteers together with the local team of KAEBNAI, we went in Belabaratz for an EVS Introduction. After a short trip in less than an hour, here we are in a totally different environment: a typical Basque house was expecting us – caserio – surrounded only by mountains and blue or grey sky (depending on the moment of "tropical Euskadi "), sheep and the highway. From the first moment the freshness of the mountain air, the smell of the nature and the beautiful views filled us with joy and energy.

After the arrival of the participants we made some dynamics and energizer to get to know each other and to break the ice. We were positively surprised that the group formed easily and the cohesion was very good from the beginning. After the icebreaking part we enjoyed the delicious food that Ainhoa, one of our tutors, prepared for the participants.

In the second day we had the opportunity to speak and present more about our countries in a fun and interactive way through a game in which four teams searched for the "treasures" of Europe. In the evening we had intercultural activities where we danced and learned about the Basque Country from the local participants through a game that they have prepared.

For us, the weekend in Belabaratz was a nice experience of teamwork, an opportunity to work in a nice atmosphere on our projects, to get to know each other more and to connect with the Basque culture."

Feria del Voluntariado: Biblioteca viviente

Joan den asteazkenean boluntariotzaren inguruko feria zegoen Unibertsitatean (EHU). Donostiako organizazio ezberdinak bildu ziren ikasleei Donostian dauden boluntariotza egiteko aukera ezberdinen inguruan informatzeko. Nola ez, gu han ginen. Interesgarriagoa eta dibertigarriagoa izateko “Liburutegi Biziduna” antolatzea erabaki genuen. Dialogoa sustatzeko, aurreiritziak murrizteko eta ulermena sustatzeko saiakera bezala sortu zen, metodologia berritzaile batekin. Danimarkako gazte talde batek sortu zuen. Dinamika ondorengoa da: Eva eta ni liburuzainak ginen eta bertatik pasatzen ziren ikasleak gure liburuak irakurtzera animatzen genituen. Liburuak “bizidunak” ziren, beraien historiak eta boluntariotzako esperientziak kontatzen zituzten boluntarioak ziren. Atentzioa erakartzeko izenburu interesgarriak bilatzen saiatu ginen, eta lortu genuen! Dinamika honi esker Erasmus+ eta Europako Boluntario Zerbitzua zabaltzen ere saiatu ginen.

"El miércoles pasado había una feria en la Universidad (UPV) sobre el voluntariado. Diferentes organizaciones de San Sebastián se reunieron para informar a los estudiantes sobre varias oportunidades de voluntariado que existen en Donostia. Por supuesto nosotros estábamos ahí. Para que fuse un poco mas interesante y divertido decidimos organizar una ‘Biblioteca viviente’. Se trata de una metodología innovadora que nació con el intento de promover el dialogo, reducir prejuicios y fomentar la comprensión. Fue inventado por un grupo de jóvenes en Dinamarca. La dinámica fue la siguiente: Eva y yo éramos las bibliotecarias y animamos los estudiantes que pasaban para que se acercaran y leyeran nuestros libros. Los libros eran ‘humanos’, eran los otros voluntarios que contaban sus historias, sus experiencias de voluntariado. Intentamos buscar títulos interesantes para llamar a la atención, y lo logramos! Gracias a esta dinámica intentamos también difundir el Erasmus+ y el SVE."

"Last Wednesday there was a fair about Volunteering at the University. Different organizations of San Sebastian gathered together to inform the students about volunteering opportunities. Of course we were there too. To make it a little more interesting we had decided to organize a 'Human Library'. The Human Library is an innovative method designed to promote dialogue, reduce prejudices and encourage understanding. It was invented by a group of young people in Denmark. It went like this: Eva and me were the librarians and we encouraged students who were passing by to read one of the books in our library. The books, however, were 'human', e.d. other volunteers, who then told them one of their experiences as a volunteer. We tried to find original titles to attract attention! This way we tried to inform students about Erasmus + volunteering opportunities."
